No,Iran is a Persian nation. It is enough if you wear your hands and legs and part of your hair. there is no limitation for using bright colors. Hijab in Iran is not a matter of concern as much as you think!

13-Can a single woman travel in iran alone?
Yes, A single woman can visit Iran . Crime rates are low in Iran and many women travel to the country alone without facing any issues but American, British or Canadian citizens must be either on a tour or hire a private guide.
